Finally I just bought prepaid SIM Card Orange Holiday for EUR 40 and happy about it, since it contained 1 GB for 14 days and could be used around Europe, just ensure to unlock international roaming setting in the mobile phone.

Transportation

Paris Transportation

This website is very comprehensive.
We bought one day tickets (EUR 7) and single tickets (EUR 1.90).

CDG - Paris Taxi

I did some Google search before our traveling, and found a lot of companies offering the service. The price for 4 persons, CDG to Paris Area 75001 (Chatelet), on 9-Dec-2016 at 14:00, was in the range of EUR 52-67.

Paris Airport Pickup, EUR 60
Green Shuttle, EUR 72
Transversal Driver, EUR 65
BlackLane, EUR 52
Super Shuttle, EUR 67
Paris Blue Shuttle, EUR 67
Paris Shuttle, EUR 65

However, direct taxi from CDG to city is also fixed rate of EUR 60, therefore, I think no need to arrange advance booking unless you have a lot of luggage.

When we arrived in Paris on 9-Dec-16, it was a free transportation day (air pollution mitigation), so we took RER-B directly to our accommodation at Chatelet Les Halles.

On the way back from our accommodation in Chatelet Les Halles to CDG, I book private transportation for EUR 49, asked them to bring big car and they did, because we had lots of luggage with below company:
taxis.discount@gmail.com

Our Airbnb host recommended below company, they were more expensive than Taxis Discount above.

Luxembourg Transportation
Bus, 2 hours ticket, EUR 2.
Google Map showed bus number, stop and route.

Paris  - Luxembourg
Paris to Luxembourg was about 2 hours by speed train TGV.
Since when I bought the ticket, the price for Paris-Luxembourg was already too expensive, i.e. EUR 95 per person, I decided to go by ride share website Bla Bla Car (paid EUR 20 per person), but on the way back from Luxembourg to Paris, I used TGV, paid about EUR 65 per person.
Bla Bla Car is a popular share car ride website in UK and Paris. Our driver was Nicolas, a 25 years old French who lived in Luxembourg as an accountant.
