I have visited Paris several times, but this time was the first time I climbed the tower.
Since we could not buy the ticket online on official website, we decided to buy the tickets from the travel agents:
- Isango: £83.52 for 2 persons
- Musement: about the same price
The travel agents made us gathered at a decided time at a place nearby Eiffel Tower, then together with the group, going to the tower.
The guide was included, up to the second floor of the tower, where the guide told stories and gave information at each side of the tower. Our guide, a small girl, was quite interesting and informative and helpful.
Unfortunately, it was full of mist, and the tower was blanketed in cloud.
Nevertheless, many people were visiting, and took a long queue to the summit (with elevator).
I could not find the stairs between ground and first floors.
On the first floor, there were some portions where the floor was made from glass so we could look through.
